Ensure your high tea is everything you ever imagined and more by setting the scene with beautiful tableware from some of the finest English makers, including, Royal Albert, Colclough, Queen Anne, Duchess, Queen’s, Paragon & Royal Standard.
We offer a range of hire options for your high tea, whether you are looking for a stress-free fully set up High Tea at your event, a DIY package to suit your needs or, some single hire items at Daintea we can accommodate to your needs. We can cater for over 200 guests.
A three night period is included in the cost of hire, to allow time for setup and styling and also for dismantle at the end of the event. We are very flexible with collection and return times, as we understand life can be busy, so please if you require early collection or late return, please discuss this us.
To secure your booking a 50% deposit of the hire price is required, an invoice will be sent and the deposit is payable within 7 days. Deposits are fully refundable if you change your mind. Final numbers for hire are to be advised 5 days prior to the function, and any outstanding balance is to be paid. Cancellations with less than 5 days’ notice will forfeit deposits paid.
Daintea offers a delivery and pick up service throughout the Perth Metro area. Delivery + Collection is $50.00. If you only require us to Deliver, and you will return, or vice versa it is $25.00. If you require set up and/or pack up, this can be completed the day before, or the morning of your event, pack up will be completed at the conclusion of your event. This will be charged at $25.00 per hour.

If you do have a preferred colour in mind that you would like to be predominately included in your hire, please include this when you contact us for your hire. Although this may not always be possible, we can do our best to include pieces that may match your theme/colour. You are also welcome to view our hire items and choose pieces at least 7 days prior to hire.
There is no minimum hire, you can hire as little or as much as you need!
Hirers are responsible for any damages incurred whilst the items are in their possession. A bond of $100.00 is required for all orders under $100.00, and a bond of $200.00 is required for all orders over $100.00. Bond monies will be returned once items are received back and inspected to ensure there are no missing items, chips/cracks or breakages. Breakages and losses will be charged at current replacement value per item and this will be deducted from the bond.
Hire includes the cost of Daintea taking care of the washing up for you, however, we do ask if you could please wipe over/ remove food and/or drink stuffs from crockery, before packaging away.
If you would like to take care of the washing up yourself, please note that the crockery can only be washed by hand, in warm soapy water, and cannot be placed in the dishwasher, however, cutlery (not including tongs or cake servers) and glassware can be placed in the dishwasher.
